This is our first meeting regarding your new project idea. We will take you through our onboarding process and request any supporting documents you may have, whether it be a CAD document or a hand drawn drawing on the back of a napkin!
Project Assessment

Following our meeting the project feasibility will be assessed. What potential does your project have? Is the project within the scope of Reid Labs? Once Reid Labs feels we are confident in providing quality product solution the next steps will proceed further.
Project Workshop

The project workshop will be hosted by Reid Labs, via in-person or video call. We will get all the nitty gritty details and provide our suggestions for product development. This project workshop will be a meeting of the minds to nut out possibilities to move forward with.
Proposal Offered

The Project Development Team will offer a tailored proposal and quote detailing the projects costs, timeline estimates and deliverables.
Proposal Accepted

As outlined in the proposal, acceptance of the proposal is also an acceptance of our Terms & Conditions.
Project Development Team Begins Designing

The designing process begins. In collaboration with you, our relevant third parties and the Project Development Team, the design will be drafted, approved and finalised.
Customer Approved Design

Approval of the design will then kick start the development of the prototype.
Produce Prototype

The prototype will be produced in a trial quantity for final approval for mass production at Reid Print Technologies.
